NOTE: All ratings are based on the league scout's player evaluations. A prospect's potential ratings have been converted to a color code (see chart below) and mapped on to the appropriate rating. For example, a player with a 3PS rating of 73 with a green colored background has an "current" rating of 73 with a "potential" rating of "B" as evaluated by the league scout.
